King of Prussia Crematory, a division of Bacchi Funeral Home Ltd., Direct Cremation Charges:
Due to the increase of fuel prices and employee salaries, our removal
charge from place of death has increased.

Direct Cremation: $600.00 (No membership fee is required.)
Removal from place of death - $285.00 within 20 mile radius.
$1.75 per mile after 20 miles.
Additional $100.00 for home and Philadelphia removals.
Medical Courier Service: $95.00.
Death Certificates: $6.00 per copy in Pennsylvania. (Pa. Increase as of Jan. 22, 2005)
Social Security forms will be completed and sent out at no charge.
Newspaper Notices: $50.00 extra plus any newspaper fees.
Coroners Fees: Montgomery Co. is $25.00; Bucks Co. is $25.00; Delaware Co. is $30.00; Chester Co. is $25.00; Berks Co. is $25.00.
If the deceased is an honorably discharged veteran, the crematory will obtain
the flag for the family at no charge. Any other benefits for the deceased veteran
must be taken care of by the family at the local county office.
Cremation Urns are available in various styles ranging in cost from $100.00 and up.

(*Removal is defined as the transfer of the deceased
body from the place of death to the crematory.)
